The role and what we are looking for

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for class teacher to join our team. This is a really exciting time to join our Academy as we continue on our journey to embed and develop our academic and pastoral curriculum. We are looking to expand our mainstream provision for children with special educational needs so that every child can thrive. You will work with Reception and KS1 aged children to provide nurture based learning alongside their access to their base classes.

We need you to

- Be an excellent classroom teacher with uncompromisingly high expectations

- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a large and flexible team, including managing and working alongside a multi-agency team

- Have experience in building strong relationships with families to meet the complex needs of individual children

- Be committed to helping every child reach their potential no matter what their starting point.

- Be committed to your own professional development and have up to date knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum

Our Academy
