An exciting role has arisen for Senior 3rd Line Network Engineer to join our IT Directorate. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within Oasis.

This is a business critical role providing technical leadership for the National Infrastructure Team, and being the ultimate point of escalation for our incident management processes in support to over 35,000 users in over 52 locations around the UK

About you 

The successful candidate will need to have a strong IT background, keen approach to customer service and the ability to identify incidents whilst setting key priorities. You should have experience in a senior IT role, and experience writing technical documentation. This role demands knowledge of Windows 7/10, and  strong Windows Server 2012 / 2016 administration. Experience and knowledge of remote desktop/network monitoring and delivering projects is advantageous.  A willingness to travel is essential.
