Pastoral Manager - Secondary

We are looking for a Pastoral Manager to work with a designated secondary year group, supporting both our students and their families. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, flexible and committed to ensuring that all students are safe, happy and successful.

We need someone who will set high expectations in terms of behaviour and attendance, will inspire students to love learning by providing mentoring support, and will challenge our young people to effectively engage with their learning. You must be willing to model and support the Oasis ethos.

Oasis Academy Don Valley is an inclusive All-through 2 to 16 academy that is committed to giving students the best possible education. We are located in a new building with state-of-the-art facilities in the Darnall and Attercliffe area of the City with good transport links from the Sheffield City Centre and Meadowhall.
