We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and creative person who has high expectations and can enthuse and motivate children, someone who Is committed to constantly refining their teaching craft, with support from colleagues.

Pupils flourish in the nurturing culture at OA New Oak which embraces inclusivity and values everyone for their individuality. Provision for pupils who have high-level special educational needs is strong – there are two specialist resource bases, one for children with autism and one for deaf learners. Children enjoy coming to school and this is reflected in the high attendance and good behaviour – students are polite, considerate and respectful towards adults and each other.
