Pupils flourish in the nurturing culture at OA New Oak which embraces inclusivity and values everyone for their individuality. Provision for pupils who have high-level special educational needs is strong – there are two specialist resource bases, one for children with autism and one for deaf learners. Children enjoy coming to school and this is reflected in the high attendance and good behaviour – students are polite, considerate and respectful towards adults and each other.
