We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Careers Advisor to join Oasis Academy Brislington.  The successful candidate will play a key role in raising aspirations and supporting students to make informed choices about their future and achieve their career goals.  Level 4 and 5 candidates must be willing to work towards CIAG level 6 within 12 months. 

Specific responsibilities will include the planning and implementation of effective Careers Advice and Guidance sessions, working alongside the Vice Principal to implement the Academy’s Careers Strategy, analysis of destinations data and liaising with post-16 providers.  For a full list of duties please see the job description.

The successful candidate will be required to work a number of days during the school holidays.  This will be discussed further at interview.
