Actual Salary Full Time, Term Time plus 2 Weeks £26,502 - £29,626

This role is currently advertised as full time, time term plus an additional 2 working weeks.

Start Date 1 September – happy to discuss an earlier start with the successful candidate.

Oasis Academy Daventry Road is a brand new 11-16 co-educational academy opening in south Bristol in September 2023. Starting with Year 7 only it will grow year on year to reach a capacity of 900 young people.

Oasis Academy Daventry Road will deliver high quality teaching in an environment where every child is valued and supported to succeed. We will work to develop the character and competence of all young people, in pursuit of everyone receiving an exceptional education and reaching their full potential both in learning and in life.

The role of the Operations Manager will be critical to the successful running of our academy. We are looking for a highly organised individual who can quickly develop strong and effective relationships with a variety of individuals and someone who can adapt well to a busy and changing environment. The role includes responsibility for the management and delivery of all non-teaching related services at the academy including office and administrative services. As a large MAT we benefit from relationships with and support from our regional services which include, finance, HR, facilities and IT. The role also involves developing relationships with our external catering provider, Sodexo and our Senior Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for making a difference to the lives of the young people and the community we serve, as well as developing their own leadership career.
