Job Title: Midday Assistant

Salary: Scale 2 (3-5) Outer London (£26,238 - £27,030 FTE / £3,714 – £3,826 pro ratd) Local Government Pension

Start date: As soon as possible (Fixed Term until 18^th July 2025 with possibility of renewal) 6.25 hours per week (1.25 hour lunchtime Monday – Friday, term time only)

Closing date: 4^th December 2024 at 10.00am (interviews week commencing 9^th December 2024)

The role and what we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated midday assistant. You must have a real passion for working with children to create a rich, inclusive and balanced environment. You will be positive, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to instil these qualities in our students. We are looking for a midday assistant who has the attitudes and skills to support our children to achieve their absolute best.  Children learn best when outdoors and active so a large part of your time will be spent outside supporting children’s learning and play in our lovely outdoor areas as well as in the dinner hall while the children have their lunch.

We need you to be a positive and friendly team player and be dedicated to building positive relationships with the children to boost their wellbeing and lunchtime experience. What can you add to our team?  We are looking for somebody who wants children to thrive. Is that you?
