As part of the scheme we have created a number of new exciting roles, including the opportunity co-develop and co-deliver the range of individual and group activities for local young people aged 11+ who Oasis serve. Your time will be solely focused on the various youth projects, co-developing, delivering and supporting Hub Youth activities including youth clubs, youth workshops, holiday activities, group work and mentoring.

Applicants for Kickstart scheme roles must meet the following criteria, set by the Government:
- Must be aged 16-24
- Must be claiming universal credit

The Kickstart recruitment process relies on the DWP Job Centres to match suitable candidates to our roles which appear on the universal credit computer system. To apply, young people simply have to message their work coach and ask to be referred to the scheme.
