HR and Payroll Specialist - South West

We are now seeking a dedicated and efficient HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. In this important role you will be the first point of contact for our South West Cluster of Academies, providing first class customer service and building up knowledge so you are able to be the lead on most transactional HR and payroll administration for the South West employees and with a supporting role in the National Office.  

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR and Payroll. As well as leading on HR and payroll administration, you will learn about public sector pensions. The role also offers plenty of people contact, the chance to develop expertise in many areas, lots of variety, a fast pace and friendly, supportive colleagues.    

The ideal candidate will:  

• have a keen eye for detail  

• have HR transaction or payroll experience  

• have experience of working on an integrated payroll/HR system (ideally within education)  

• be highly organised and reliable 

• be customer focussed and communicate well on the telephone and in writing   

• be committed to working in accordance with the Oasis ethos.
