We are looking for someone with a passion for developing the potential of young people. The role of Assistant Head of Year/ Reflection Lead provides the opportunity to support and develop our strong pastoral culture. Working closely with the Student Entitlement Team you will take responsibility for the learning, pastoral care and personal development of the students within Reflection
